Boston MP Mark Simmonds says our schools will benefit from a Government funding boost.
Lincolnshire’s schools budget will rise by £4.5 million as part of a £390 million drive to boost the areas in the country that get the least cash.
Mr Simmonds says the cash will be equivalent of £50 per pupil.
Mr Simmonds said: “Children in Boston and Skegness deserve the very best schools so they can gain the skills they need to get on in life. That’s why I welcome this cash boost.
“It means our schools will get the resources they are entitled to and will help improve the quality of education for all children in Boston & Skegness.”
