Giles Academy showed ‘significant improvement’ on 2013’s results according to school leaders.

The proportion of pupils achieving the new English Baccalaureate rose from seven percent to 14 per cent.

The five A*-C including English and Maths improved from 43 per cent to 47 per cent.

Star performances on total points score came from Rosie Harris and James Watson.
