CURRYS staff have been raising funds to help Park Primary School pupils achieve a dream.

The Boston store has been taking part in various fundraising activities to help the school to buy outdoors play equipment.

Pupils met with staff recently and took along plans they had made of where they would like new equipment to go.

“One of the children wrote to us to ask if we could help,” said Ricky Swann, Currys assistant manager. “We’re very happy to be supporting a school in the local community in this way.”

The money is still being counted. Mr Swann offered thanks to other local businesses who also contributed gifts for a tombola held at the store.
