An organisation aimed at helping people in their ‘third age’ is holding an open meeting in a bid to attract new members.
The Boston and District University of the Third Age is holding is aimed at people who have passed through the ‘second age’ of full-time employment and parental responsibilty.
It offers classes and activities for people to learn or share new skills and form new friendships.
These include archaeology, photography, dance, languages, theatre, gardening, computing and more.
The open event will be held at the Pilgrim Suite, on York Street, from 10.30am-12.30pm on Tuesday, March 19.
