Community sessions to help residents over the age of 50 to feel happier – and find out what matters most to them – are to take place in Boston.
Boston Mayflower and The Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) are working in partnership to find out what would make a difference to enable the over-50s to live life to the full.
A spokesman for the RVS said: “If you are aged over 50, come and join us for a chat, cuppa and cake.”
The events take place at Fenside Manor, in Shaw Road, on September 10; Mayfileds, in Broadfield Lane, on September 14; and Witham Court, in Witham Green, on September 15, 2pm to 4pm.
The events are supported by Taylor Itex, with participants able to have a taster session in computers. Those who attend one of the events will be entered into a free prize draw to win a computer tablet.
