THIS week marks the Boston Standard’s 100th birthday - and to celebrate we are handing out loads of great presents.

Staff at Boston’s number one newspaper are currently running a market stall on Fish Hill.

And if you choose to buy today’s edition of the paper from there then you could walk away with a free goodie bag.

With every paper sold we are giving away a bag for life, which is packed with a Horrible Histories book, two posters, sweets and plenty more.

If you’re quick you may even get a delicious cup cake before they run out.

This week’s 104-page paper includes a 32-page anniversary pull-out suppplement looking back at the past 100 years of the Lincolnshire and Boston Standard.

There are also plenty of great discount and giveaway offers, including free biscuits, free milkshakes, free cinema tickets and money off birthday burgers and a specially-created birthday banger from Boston Sausage.

Also on sale, for just £2, is a glossy magazine celebrating the past century of life in Boston.

Goodies on the market, however, are limited... so don’t stall and get involved in the big birthday celebration.
