Use sport for a healthy lifestyle

BOSTONIANS are being offered weight management classes to help them make healthy lifestyle choices.

Anyone aged 19 plus can attend the 10-week adult education course which combines physical activity taster sessions with nutrition support.

Adults can try activities such as badminton, table tennis, swimming and jogging, as well as learning how to read food labels, understand nutrition and get top tips on how to lose weight for good.

Sarah Ferneyhough, physical activity manager at Lincolnshire Sports Partnership, said: “This course is designed to teach individuals about healthy eating, lifestyle and physical activity, so people can reach their weight-loss goals and stay there long term.”

The 10-week course will take place from 7-8pm every Tuesday night at the Princess Royal Sports Arena, Boston, starting on February 28.

There are only 15 places available.

To secure your place call Katie at PRSA on 01205 358666.

The Mission Slim-Possible course in Boston is delivered in conjunction with GROW at Lincolnshire County Council.
