CHILDREN in Boston are being offered an action-packed week, including a chance to see a rally car at a town church next week.
Zion Methodist Church, on Brothertoft Road, is hosting its holday club, called the Summer Time August Madness Party, from 10am-12.30pm, Monday-Thursday.
The leaders of the holiday club Lesley Mastin and Mary Hewitt said they are excited about the event.
Lesley said: “This is a new format from our previous holiday clubs enabling everyone to select workshops and join in lots of activities.
“It will be great fun, we’ll learn new skills and it will be fantastic if lots of children, young people and families come along.”
On Monday, a juggler from Northampton will be offering the chance to try circus skills alongside other workshops.
On Tuesday there will be music workshops while, on Wednesday, a rally car and drivers will be visiting.
Thursday will be Picnic Day where the children will be able to prepare their own sandwiches.
The week is open to all children and parents can stay and join in. Children must be registered by a responsible adult and under fives must be accompanied by parent or carer.
