The sixth annual Lincolnshire Ladies Tractor Run will set off from Benington on Sunday, July 19.

The event sees participants dressed in pink riding decorated tractors through the Boston area to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Their route will be marked with pink ribbons.

The pink convoy will be leaving Bell Brothers’ Nursery Outlet in Lowfields Road, at 10.30am. It will make its way to the Danny Flear Centre at Freiston for about 12.30pm, before taking a route around the area, arriving back at the Danny Flear Centre for lunch.

After this, they will head out at about 2pm through Boston and back on to the A52 and home towards the Bell Brothers Nursery.

The organisers are appealing for support – even just for people to wave on and cheer the ‘ladies’.
