I REFER to a previous letter in your paper ‘Feral cat was worth every penny’, from the lady in New Bolingbroke.

What an uplifting story she told about taking in Tommy the feral car and caring for him.

At 86, and in this day and age, like all of us, she has to watch the pennies, so on behalf of all cat lovers, I would like to say a big thank you to this kind and caring lady.

I am sure Tommy will have been sent to her for a purpose.

Thank you also Boston Standard for printing her letter.

It made my day.
