I would like to offer praise for Pilgrim Hospital’s day case ward.
As a day care patient who underwent general anaesthetic during treatment I experienced nothing but helpfulness and professionalism throughout. I could not fault it. Thanks to Sarah and others. Two ladies with ‘the hedgehog feeder’ and the ‘courageous sufferer’ had nothing but praise for care already received at Pilgrim, but they experienced delays on this occasion, which were unavoidable. Remembering you two ladies and wishing you the best of luck. You both deserve it. From a fellow animal lover.
