Letter: Tidy up the park so we can be proud of our green space

WHAT is happening to Central Park?

I walk my dog there nearly every day and last Saturday and Sunday when I went in the place was like a rubbish dump; bins overflowing, bottles, cans and paper strewn all over the grass.

CCTV cannot cover all of the park so what if someone has an accident or collapses, not everyone carries a mobile, what then? Are the council going to accept liability?

We have a lovely children's area, a great aviary, it's a pity the rest of the park is such a disgrace. This is not a good example to visitors to our town. We had a fantastic place to come and have a picnic, eat lunch or just relax but no more. Is this the beginning of the end of our park, come on Boston borough give us back our pride.
