There is no need for the Market Place toilets closure.

There is a simple solution that is beneficial to everyone.

It is for the council to make an arrangement with the new Assembly Rooms owners to obtain the toilets on a rental basis.

It would be very expensive to attempt to covert to other usage. It would be an asset to receive rent.

The council would benefit by goodwill from the public, otherwise the closure is going to cause problems for everyone.
