North Sea Camp absconder Timothy Riggott is back in police custody today (Wednesday).
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman confirmed that Riggott was back in police custody.
It is believed he handed himself in at Lincoln Police Station and he will face returning to a closed prison.
He will most likely face a charge of being unlawfully at large.
He will appear before magistrates at a later date.
Riggott absconded from HMP North Sea Camp, near Boston, on Thursday, July 10.
The 41-year-old, originally from the Lincoln area, was serving a sentence for burglary and theft and was last seen shortly before 9am on the day he went missing.
