A Boston church has gone a bit ‘baa-rmy’ with its knitting this year and launched a competition to find a trail of sheep.

Members of Zion Methodist Church have been knitting the animals for the Flock to the Shops competition they are running as part of the Zion Nativity Festival from Thursday until Saturday.

The sheep have all been knitted by members of the Zion Methodist Church and each has a different look.

The 12 sheep will be hidden until Saturday, December 7, in shops across the town centre and a prize will be given to the first correct answer drawn on Sunday, December 8 at Messy Church – three runners-up prizes are also offered.

All participants are asked to do is find them and fill in the entry forms which can be obtained from the Boston Standard, on Church Lane, or Zion Methodist Church, on Brothertoft Road, or by visiting www.zionmethodistchurch-boston.co.uk
