A Boston home was ransacked when a burglar broke into the property last Friday.
It is not yet clear exactly what was taken from the house in South Parade when it was targeted between 12.30pm and 7.30pm.
Police believe the offender got into the house through a rear window before carrying out an untidy search around the house.
It is believed they left through a side bedroom window.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who heard or saw any suspicious activity at these times to contact them on 101, quoting incident number 405 of November 30. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
