Zion Methodist Church in Boston’s Brothertoft Road is again open for donations of all types of food for flood victims.

Donations can go to the church between 10am and noon and 2pm and 4pm.

Asda and Tesco stores have been thanked for their donations.

Clean-up items are still required at the Baptist Church in High Street, near the Robin Hood pub. Mops, buckets, cleaning cloths and materials are urgently required to help people begin to clean up their homes. They will accept donations from 9am to 5pm.

A borough council spokesman said: “Please share this message with your Facebook friends and retweet for us on Twitter.”
