Community day at church

Thursday, 5.30pm - PEOPLE of all ages are invited to a day of activities and fun with Zion Methodist Church, Boston, as part of the church's 75th Anniversary Celebrations.

The day runs from 10am–3pm on Saturday and will be full of games, crafts, music, presentations and static displays of many activities that happen within the walls of Zion.

The local community will have a chance to go into the building and see what is available during the week.

It will include the many church activities which take place throughout the week, from a children's and young people's youth club to fellowship groups.

Groups taking part are uniformed organisations: scouts, cubs, beavers, brownies, guides, St John Ambulance.

Other groups taking part also include Teddies Tunes (pre-school music group for babies and toddlers), needlecraft, badminton, bowls and more.
