Dalius Stakele, 36, of no fixed abode. Drove on Queen Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100millilitres of breath. Drove without insurance. Two £110 fines, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Aleksandras Dajankevic, 28, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fenside Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Speeding

Graham Abbott, 56, of Frithville Road, Sibsey. Speeding at Wainfleet St Mary. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Rokas Baksys, 29, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. Speeding on the A52, at Welby. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Paul Charles Howroyd, 49, of Fenside Road, Toynton St Peter. Speeding on the A52 at Wrangle. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Mark Andrew Teft, 49, of Windsor Terrace, Boston. Speeding on the A52, Wainfleet St Mary. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Russell Bradley, 36, Knocknagin Road, Desertmartin, Magherafelt, County Londonderry. Speeding on the A17 Westbound at Swineshead. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Charlotte Broughton, 23, of Fishtoft Drove, Frithville. Speeding on Rawsons Lane, Boston. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

James Fitzpatrick, of Fold Hill, Friskney. Speeding on the A52 Wainfleet Tofts. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Motoring

Virginija Griscenkoviene, 50, of Vicarage Gardens, Old Leake. At Nettleham, having been required to, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Jaroslaw Stankiewicz, 38, of Burton Green, York. At Boston, drove on Marsh Lane without due care and attention. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Assault

Dominik Madrzak, 31, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault, at Boston, without lawful authority, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises knowing that there was someone present on the premises who opposed said entry. Community order including a supervision requirement and 100 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation, £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £400 costs.

Criminal damage

Lathan Middleton, 22, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, destroyed two wing mirrors on a Peugeot to the value of unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged, at Boston, used towards another, threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months, £80 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Benefits

Cameron Copus, 35, of Tennyson Close, Boston. Five charges of: at Boston, with a view to obtaining a benefit advantage or other payment, namely Job Seekers Allowance, under relevant social security legislation dishonestly made a statement or representation to the Department for Work Pensions which was false, namely that you failed to declare that you held capital in excess of the permitted limits. £650 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Drunk and
 disorderly

Philip Paul Goodin, 24, Quaker Lane, Boston. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

Theft

Shara Millar, 29, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Boston, stole sweets to the value of £2.45, belonging to Co-Operative stores, at Boston, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £60. Discharged conditionally for six months, £2.45 compensation, £30 costs, £60 compensation.
