Theft

Rogerio Bulla, 34, of Orchard Grove, Boston. Stole alcohol and food from Asda. £120 fine, £20 surcharge and £60 costs.

Pranas Kryzevicius, 60, of Albion Terrace, Boston. Stole perfume from Oldrids. 12-month community order with 40 hours unpaid work, also told to pay surcharge of £60 and £85 costs.

Amanda Latham, 23, of Tilney Avenue, Boston. Two counts of stealing food from Iceland in Boston and a car from Sheppersons Avenue, Gosberton Risegate. Remanded in custody for a pre-sentence probation report. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Viktors Zaboronoks, 40, of no fixed abode. Stole cosmetics from Marks and Spencer in Boston. Six-month conditional discharge and £20 surcharge. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

John Selfridge, 23, of Sleaford Road, Newark. Stole metal in New York and attempted to steal batteries belonging to Lindums. 12-month community order with 160 hours of unpaid work and £460 costs.

Matthew Wagner, 22, of Philip Road, Newark. Stole lead in New York and attempted to steal batteries from Lindums. 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and a requirement to carry out the thinking skills programme £210 costs.

Miscellaneous

Dawid Majka, 27, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Used threatening behaviour towards another person. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Wood, 51, of Brooklands Way, Lincoln. Causing death by driving without due care and attention at Swineshead Bridge. Four month prision sentence suspended for 12 months, 150 hours unpaid work,. £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

Shane Goodhall, 25, of HMP North Sea Camp. Escaped from custody. Remanded in custody to await trial.

Huberts Baksers, 34, of Bramley Lane, Boston. Failure to comply with a community order. Suspended sentence with a curfew order for four months.

Nathan Bourne, 21, of Rimington Road, Fishtoft. Failure to comply with a community order. New community order made.

Piotr Lipiec, 38, of no fixed abode. Two counts of committing grievous bodily harm and making threats to kill. Remanded in custody to await trial.

Brian Simpson, 80, of London Road, Boston. Indecent assault and gross indecency towards a girl under the age of 14. Reamanded on bail to await trial.

Drunk/disorder

Dean Walker, 22, of Fieldside, Mareham le Fen. Drunk and disorderly in Pinchbeck Road, Spalding, and failed to surrender to custody. £98 fine and £20 surcharge.

Driving offences

Gavin Bell, 28, of Davey Close, Boston. Speeding on Horncastle Road in Boston. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs.Licence endorsed with six points.

Jacqueline Goddard, 57, of Peck Avenue, Boston. Driving without due care and attention on Lincoln Lane in Boston. £270 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Kalin Sotak, 54, of Tattershall Road, Boston. Speeding on Sleaford Road, Boston. £180 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Igors Marcuks, 46, of no fixed abode. Driving on Spilsby Road with 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also failure to surrender to court. £100 fine, £15 surcharge, £100 costs. Licence endorsed with 10 points. Also one day’s detention.

Craig Oliver, 29, of Thorold Street, Boston. Speeding on Horncastle Road, Boston. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Henry Withers, Andrew Avenue, Chapel St Leonards. Speeding at Sibsey and not wearing a seatbelt. £90 fine, £15 surcharge and £43. Licence endorsed with three points.

Lee De-Hayes, 22, of Wightman Close, Shepshed. Speeding at Wrangle. £60 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Sheila Floman, 81, of Forge Crescent, Pinchbeck. Failure to report an accident on John Adams Way, Boston, and driving without due care and attention. £170 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorded with six points.

Vitalijs Jerasevs, 36, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. Drove on Fen Road with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £110 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Assault

Joseph Vaughan, 34, of Friary Court, Quaker Lane, Boston. Assault in Butterwick. 12-month community order with supervision.

Drug offences
