Hemin Rashid, 38, of Gladstone Street, Peterborough. Four charges of, in Boston, selling food, namely ‘Doktorska with Paprika’ after the date shown in the Use By date relating to it. £400 fine, £1126.68 costs, sausage to be forfeited under Food Labeling Regulations and destroyed.

Motoring

Going equipped

Ian John Barwick, 37, of no fixed abode. At Boston, not being at a place of abode, had articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely bolt croppers, four screw drivers, two multi tool kits and wire cutters. 
Failed to surrender at Bosto Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge, tools to be forfeited and destroyed, committed to prison for two weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.

Drink driving

Christopher Herbert, 25, of Castlegate, Gipsey Bridge. At Langrick drove a Triumph motorcycle on Main Road, Langrick, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). 
Drove without a licence, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence, for two original offences of theft.
Disqualified from driving for 16 months, suspended sentence of six weeks imposed as a sentence of four weeks concurrent, committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to suspended sentence.

Resistance
