Here’s a rundown of the latest cases from in and around the borough of Boston:

Drunk/disorder

Lee Gilbert, 31, of Middlecott Close, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in West Street, Boston, and damaged a Ford Transit van at Boston Police Station. Also, breached a conditional discharge. £70 fine, £203.70 compensation, £85 costs and £20 surcharge.

Theft

Luke Newark, 30, of Union Place, Boston. Stole chocolates from the Co-op. Two-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, £35 compensation, £80 surcharge and £80 costs.

Elena Nica, 29, of Uphill Road, Ilford. Stole alcohol, chocolates, clothing and other items to the value of £679.43 from Boston. 12-month community order with 150 hours’ unpaid work. £60 surcharge and £85 costs. Also detained in the courthouse for the day.

Scott Jobson, 34, of no fixed abode. Stole toiletries to the value of £90 from Oldrids. 12-month conditional discharge and £15 surcharge.

Driving offences

Karlis Siravs, 28, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. Failure to stop following an accident on Carlton Road, Boston, failed to report it at the police station and driving without due care and attention. £250 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with eight points.

Pivonia Turkina, 43, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Failure to provide a breath specimen for analysis. £240 fine, £24 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Nicole Lawton, 19, of Coronation Crescent, Midville, Stickney. Drove without due care and attention on the A52. £40 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with four points. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Kamila Dlugosz, 31, of Fenside Road, Boston. Using a mobile phone while driving on Lister Way, Boston. £60 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Silvestis Gailums, 21, of Boultham Avenue, Lincoln. Driving without correct insurance on Cotton Road, Boston, and failing to produce a test certificate, licence and insurance certificate. £600 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Vaida Janusauskiene, 26, of London Road, Frampton. Driving without correct insurance at Kirton. £160 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Virginika Peleniene, 34, of Laughton Road, Boston. Drove on Carlton Road, Boston, without correct insurance and drove without due care and attention. £340 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with eight points.

Kristina Arniuliene, 23, of Richard Young Close, Wisbech. Drove on London Road, Boston, with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also driving without correct insurance and found in possession of class A drugs. £720 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Court ordered forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Lee Harrison, 22, of Matthew Flinders Way, Boston. Drove on Five House Lane, Wyberton, with 164 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. The legal limit is 107. Also, failed to provide details following an accident. £280 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Miscellaneous

Ireneusz Jurek, 30, of Pump Square, Boston. Used threatening or abusive language towards another person in Boston. 12-month conditional discharge, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

Damian Blundy, 25, of Shaw Road, Boston. Damaged a car in Boston. 12-month conditional discharge, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

David Calisto, 28, of Shortfield Lane, Fishtoft. Presented a fake driving licence at Boston Police Station and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Spalding . £300 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Barry Maltby, 31, of Tower View, Horsington. Taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without correct insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Queen Street, Boston. £240 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Billy Cole, 29, of Guildford Road, Lightwater. Trespassing in search of game at Swineshead Bridge. £300 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

John Devine, 26, of Cowsley Road, Derby. Trespassing in search of game at Swineshead Bridge. £400 fine, £40 surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Foster, 38, of Ingram Road, Boston. Retaining stolen goods and breach of a conditional discharge. 12-month conditional discharge and £15 surcharge.

Assault

Michael Kirkby, 40, of Stocken Way, Lincoln. Assault in Freiston and breaching a suspended sentence. 12-month community order with 18 months’ unpaid work, £200 compensation and £250 costs.

John McKenna, 42, of Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury. Assault in Boston and breaching a suspended sentence. 22-week prison sentence.
