Behaviour

Harvey Clifton, 18, of Sussex Avenue, Boston. At Asda, Boston, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for an offence of drunk and disorderly. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, no action taken on breach.

Assault

Martin Lee Murphy, 45, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault. £200 fine, £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Vitalijs Cernajevs, 28, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating. Community order made to include a 12 month supervision order and 80 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jonathan Albert Patton, 25, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £50 fine, £125 costs.

Arturs Diezins, 31, of Tunnard Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include prohibited activity, supervision requirement, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Victoria Whittaker, 23, of Wellingtonia Park, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance and drove without a licence. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Laimundas Tautkas, 39, of Fengate Road, West Pinchbeck. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Saulius Janusaskas, 43, of Fieldfare Croft, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fieldfare Croft, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Specimen

Nikalajs Dmitrijevs, 28, of Smalley Road, Fishtoft. At Boston, having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from holding a licence for 18 months.

Theft

Maris Riekstins, 36, of Grand Sluice Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole wine to the value of £9.98 belonging to Wm Morrison Supermarkets, at Boston, stole wine to the value of £7.49 belonging to Co-operative Food Stores, at Boston, in Lincoln Lane, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £90 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £7.49 compensation, discharged conditionally for six months, £85 costs.

Keith Alan Andrew, 31, of King Street, Kirton. At Boston, stole a mobile micro SDCH card to the value of £18 belonging to ASDA Boston. £18 compensation, £70 costs.

Rebecca Elizabeth Bulman, 35, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, stole four jars of coffee to the value of £30 belonging to Co-op Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for two years. Discharged conditionally for six months, £40 costs.

Raimond Kaicenko, 40, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of vodka to the value of £12.99 belonging to B&M Bargains.

Motoring

Wojciech Polus, 34, of Red Lion Street. Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on Queen’s Street, without insurance and without a licence. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs, licence endorsed with six points, £50 fine.

Sarah Scicluna-Davies, 42, of Millers Rest, Whaplode. Speeding on the A17 westbound, at Swineshead Bridge. £37 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, license endorsed with three points.

Luis Miguel Avelino Belmonte, 35, of Trinity Street, Boston. Speeding on West Marsh Road, Spalding. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Raimondas Juozaitis, 43, of Cherry Road, Wisbech. At Fosdyke, used a motor vehicle on the A17 without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Shweta Sangle, 37, of Castle Road, Boston. Drove on Spalding Road, Boston, without due care and attention. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Oliver Truswell, 31, of Caxton Road, Nottingham. Speeding on the A17 westbound, at Swineshead Bridge. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.
