Olga Furasova, 27, of Freiston Terrace, Haven Village. At Boston failed to comply with a notice requiring her to deliver up a vehicle licence within seven days of the posting of that notice, the licence having been granted upon receipt of a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. £400 fine, £112.50 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Ben Ian Gardner, 19, of Daisy Dale, Boston. At Daisy Dale, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Suzanne Greenfield, 31, of Spilsby Road, New Leake. At Spilsby Road, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

At La Milesse Way, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Jacqueline Nedzivhani, 51, of Cowley Close, Swineshead. At Cowley Close, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Kieran O’Neil, age unknown, of Taylor Close, Fishtoft. At Taylor Close, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Michelle Dawn Watson, 43, of Lowgate Avenue, Bicker. At Boston, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £140 costs.

Arnis Briedis, 23, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on London Road, without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Kevin John Dickinson, of Hall Lane, Burgh Le Marsh. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston, driving without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Mindaugas Gadisauskas, 25, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Trinity Street without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

David Hodson, 51, of Park Avenue, Sleaford. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Paul John Turner, 64, of Wigman Road, Nottingham. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on Fishtoft Road, without insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drunk disorder

Kestutis Tauskus, 35, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, in a public place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by twice failing to attend unpaid work without reasonable excuse, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, to be detained in the courthouse, detention seemed served by reason of time already spent in custody, order to continie varied to add 10 hours’ unpaid work for breach (90 hours total), £70 costs.

Theft

Daniel Tobias Middleton, 34, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Craven Avenue, Kirton, stole an electronic device (tablet), underwear and gazebo to the value of £660. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Liam Anthony Carpmail, 30, of Craven Avenue, Frampton. At Wheeler Close, Boston, damaged a wardrobe door to the value of £50, intending to destroy or damage such property, or being reckless as to whether such property ould be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

Assault

Andrew James McKenzie, 44, of The Bull Ring, Horncastle. At Sutterton Drove, Amber Hill, committed assault. £85 costs, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Jodie Mary Rose, 19, of Fold Hill, Friskney. At Church Road, Friskney, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include 19 sessions of Thinking Skills and a supervision requirement for 18 months, £60 victim surcharge, £45 costs.

Drink Driving

Marek Orzeszak, 48, of Baines Road, King’s Lynn. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on the A52 Haltoft End Estate, at Freiston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Janet Elizabeth, 55, North End, Alvingham. At Boston, drove on West Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £340 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Edvard Pikta, 23, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on South End, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 22 months, £105 fine.
