Stolen goods

Edward Sear, 36, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a Wii games console and games ad a Playstation 2 and games and a gold diamond ring. At Boston dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a Kindle and a Nintendo 3DS. At Boston dishonestly received stolen goods, namely two commemorative 50p coins. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Igors Selepjonoks, 35, of Thorold Street, Boston.At Boston, stole a purse and its contents. Community order made to include supervision requirements and 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Arvydas Sikas, 41, of Horace Street, Boston. At Boston stole a bottle of wine to the value £6.49 belonging to Coop Boston. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Dean Anthony Gibbens, 38, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole candles to the value of £119.94 belonging to Boots. Committed to prison for four months. At Boston, stole two bottles of perfume to the value £89.98 belonging to TK Maxx, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months. Committed to prison for four months.

Drink-driving

James Jackson, 27, of Cherry Walk, Boston. Drove on Sleaford Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £370 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Justinas Ingelevicius, 28, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Morton Terrace, Haven Village, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove while disqualified, drove without insurance and without the consent of the owner, or other local authority, took a conveyance for the use of yourself or another. Community order made to include 130 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Drugs

Nathan Daniel Barwick, 32, of London Road, Boston. Had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Cannabis to be destroyed. Detained in courthouse because detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Alex David Myring, 20, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Frampton Place, Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Martyn Benn, 37, of Riverside, Boston. At Great Casterton, drove a motorvehicle on the B1081 while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrew Ian Dodd, 49, of Rider Gardens, Fishtoft. On Swineshead Road, Boston, used a motorvehicle without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

David Henry, 48, of Tower Road, Boston. Drove on the A16, at Algarkirk, while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

David Kemp, 51, of Long Hedges, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £310 fine, £31 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Boston.At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Favel Masaro, 25, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road without due care and attention. £65 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Constantin Slabu, 30, of Alcorn Green, Fishtoft. Speeding on the A16 at Pinchbeck. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Pauline Sylvia Cowdell, 38, of Winter Way, Wyberton. On London Road, Wyberton, without a licence, without insurance and in a vehicle on which not every stop lamp was in good working order. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty £110, £20 victim surcharge, 85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Assault

Lyndn Nathaniel Gilbert, 23, of Main Road, Stickney. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lukasz Galicki, 26, of Albion Terrace, Boston. Three charges of, at Boston, committing assault by beating. Committed to prison for four months, two months concurrent and four months concurent, restraining order made.

Andrew Thomas Lindsay, 27, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence. Community order made to include 60 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £200 fine.

Carrying a blade

Shaun Paul Brannon, 53, of Wellington Road, Boston. At Boston, without good reason or lawful authority, in Queens Road, had a large knife. Two year conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
