Drink Driving

Salvis Skripka, 21, of Tooley Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Skirbeck Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 40 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (the legal limit is 35), drove without insurance. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months, £120 fine.

Darius Zemgulys, 32, of Argyke Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (the legal limit is 35), at Boston had possession of 1 gramme of amphetamine. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months, £150 fine, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Manuel Ricardo Lopes Magalhaes, 31, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Castle Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 44 months.

Mantas Stalkus, 21, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Fishtoft, drove on Fishtoft Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (the legal limit is 35). £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

At Boston, drove on Liquorpond Street, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Theft

Stephen Gordon Lewis Brian Dixon, 36, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, stole confectionary to the value of £48 belonging to Iceland store. Committed to prison for four weeks. At Boston, stole five jars of coffee to the value of £20 belonging to Co-op, on Wide Bargate, stole food to the value of £63.24 belonging to Co-op on Skirbeck Road, stole food to the value of £58 belonging to Co-op, on Argyle Street, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for offence of possession of a knife and theft of two electric toothbrushes and beauty products belonging to Boots. 
Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended sentence of 12 weeks imposed.

Remigijus Butkus, 29, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, stole curtains to the value of £29.98 belonging to Poundstretcher. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs.

Toni Lea Sharman, 37, of no fixed abode. At Sleaford Road, Boston, stole a variety of items to the value of £237.97 belonging to Asda, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months for two offences of theft. Community order made to include supervision requirement for six months, £60 victim surcharge, £40 cost, no action taken on breach.

Scott Nathan Venables, 35, of Puritan Way, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, stole batteries, toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and lip gloss, to the value of £78 belonging to Boots. £15 victim surcharge.

Maryann Jobson, 31, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, stole Boss Orange gift set to the value of £60 belonging to Boots. Community order made to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months, £60 victim surcharge.

Jane Elizabeth Walden, 42, of Carver Road, Boston. At Butterwick, stole a cheque to the value of £200.58, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation requirement, £200.58 compensation.

Jake Jagger, 23, of Sandholme Lane, Frampton. At Armstrongs Lane, Friskney, stole cash to the value of £1083.88. Committed to prison for four months, £1083.88 compensation, £85 costs.

Vitali Syryca, 36, of Spayne Road, Boston. At Co-op store on Wide Bargate, Boston, stole two bottles of Martini to the value of £24.58, had without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, a folding pocket knife which had a blade the cutting edge of which exceeded 7.62 centimetres, at Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £8 belonging to Asda, at Boston, stole Martini and prawns to a value of £11.50 belonging to Co-op store, at Boston, stole wine and salmon to the value of £11.81 belonging to Asda. 
Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, knife to be forfeited and destroyed, victim surcharge £60, £8 costs.

Motoring

Scott Joseph Mindham, 24, of St Nicholas Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on Carlton Road, without a licence and without insurance. £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £43 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Assault

Jasas Stasys, 45, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston committed assault by beating. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Owen Belcher, 27, of Hava Court, Baker Lane, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating, damaged a Blackberry mobile phone to the value of £100 to destroy or damage such property. 
Community order made, to include 
participation in low intensity alcohol misuse programme for 14 days, supervision requirement and 40 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation £85 costs.

Martin Blackman, 23, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating, at Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty, at Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty, had possession of two grammes of cannabis bush. 
Community order made to include 200 hours’ unpaid work.

Mateusz Baszkowski, 27, of Manor Gardens, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence. 
Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Drunk and disorderly

Mareks Arhipovs, 33, of Alfred Street, Boston. At Boston, on West Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 18 months imposed for an offence of drunk and disorderly. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, no action taken on breach.

Failure to comply

Slawomir Biernacki, 45, of Station Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failure to maintain contact with offender manager. 
Order to continue varied to include 10 hours’ unpaid work added for breach.

Possession

Scott Michael Bray, 25, of Saddlers Way, Fishtoft. At Boston, had possession of 1 grammes of amphetamine. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Attendance

Juanita Lloyd, age unknown, of Towndam lane, Donington. At Donington, was the parent of Robert Keal, a child of compulsory school age, who was reistered at Thomas Cowley High School and failed to attend regularly. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £100 costs.
