Failure to comply

Mindaugas Guzauskas, 29, of High Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Skegness Magistrates’ Court by breaching curfew. Order revoked and dealt with for original offence of assault. Curfew for four months, or order for costs.

Lewis Smith, 20, of Bladon Estate, Fishtoft. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requiremets of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by behaving in an unacceptable manner at unpaid work, failing to attend unpaid work and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence. Order to continue, varied to include 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (90 hours total), £60 costs.

Joshua Dennis Wong, 23, of Tennyson Close, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by unacceptable behaviour on unpaid work worksite, original offence of using towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. Order revoked, committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, including participation in Resolve for 25 days, and a supervision requirement, £80 victim surcharge.

Theft

Nicusor Sirbu, 25, of Aynho Crescent, Northamptonshire. At Boston, stole groceries and alcohol to the value of £1014.52 belonging to Asda Stores Ltd. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, supervision for 24 months, 200 hours’ unpaid work.

Assault

Sandris Kelpe, 41, of Carver Road, Boston. At Boston committed assault by beating. Community order made to include 120 hours’ upaid work. £200 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Slawomir Czeslaw Galicki, 27, of Still Lane, Boston. At Still Lane, Boston, assasulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 16 months, £40 fine, £15 victim surcharge.

At Boston was the parent of a child of compulsory school age, namely 11, who was registered at Haven High Academy and failed to attend regularly at that school.
