Theft

Kristaps Meduneckis, 25, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston stole a bunch of flowers to the value of £5 belonging to the Bear House, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend twice, failed to provide an acceptable explanation and failed to maintain contact with offender manager, at Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £18 belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, order to continue, varied to include 10 hours’ unpaid work (90 hours total), £15 victim surcharge.

Toni Lea Sharman, 37, of no fixed abode. Stole clothing to the value of £389.50 belonging to Marks & Spencer. Community order made to include 12 month supervision order, £60 victim surcharge.

Drink-driving

Artur Korus, 26, Fydell Street, Boston. Drove on Westlode Street, Spalding, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in blood equalled 83 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80).£250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Richardas Jerumbauskas, 36, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fenside Road after consuming so much alcool that the proportion in breath equalled 68 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Karolis Butnorius, 21, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Frampton Place, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 50 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Tv Licence

Michael Woods, 49, of Porcher Way, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Christopher Bradford, c/o New England Hotel, Wide Bargate, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Emma Bush, 29, of Kyme Road, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £160 costs.

John Goldie, 62, of Sandygate Crescent, Old Leake. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Assault

Pranas Kryzevicius, 61, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Pawel Jerzy Dudek, 35, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Restraining order made, £180 fine, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Luca Alexandro Hall, 19, of Fenhouses Lane, Swineshead. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £200 fine, £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Abuse

Tiago Abreu, 23, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. At Boston, without reasonable excuse, sent an abusive text message which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and disorderly

Todd Leonard Bainbridge, 20, of Fishtoft Road, Fishtoft. At Craythorne Lane, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £82.50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £80 costs.

Drugs

Mark Antony Wilkinson, 37, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, posession of a quantity of cannabis. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Vincent John Baxter, 49, of Peck Avenue, Boston. At Boston had possession of 1g of amphetamine, at Boston stole aftershave to the value of £14 belonging to Asda stores and at Boston stole a bottle of whisky to the value of £26 belonging to Oldrids store. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for nine months, drugs to be forfeited and destroed, £26 compensation. At Maplin Store,Boston, stole a Garmin Forerunner to the value of £99.99, at Peck Avenue, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine, at Tesco stole two bottles of fragrance of a value unknown, had possession of a quantity of liquid amphetamine, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months. £99.99 compensation, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, no action taken on breach.
