Assault

Jacob Richardson, 20, Langrick Road, Hubberts Bridge. At Market Place, Boston, assaulted a PC with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of yourself for an offence. At Market Place, Boston, in a public place, namely Market Place, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £35 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 cost.

David James Frizzell, 27, of Fieldfare Croft, Boston. Twice at Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £75 fine, £125 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £75 fine, £125 compensation.

Andris Ruzs, 23, of No Fixed Abode. At Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Detained in courthouse - detention deemed served by time already spent in custody.

Failure to comply

Linas Urbonas, 39, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on three dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include 20 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (180 hours in total).

Mindaugas Guzaukas, 29, of Tunnard Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to make himself available for the installation of the monitoring equipment on two dates. Order to continue, varied to include two months extra curfew (six months total), £65 costs.

Robert Wolinski, 33, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for unpaid work on three occassions, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue varied to include 20 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (230 hours total), £75 costs.

Weapon

Mindaugas Kiveliavicius, 27, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. At Boston, without good reason or lawful authority, in Eastfield Road, had an article which had was ‘some type of sharply pointed blade which appears to be worn on a finger or thumb’. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, weapon to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drink driving

Warren Lee, 46, of Laycock Avenue, Melton Mowbray. At Friskney, drove on the A52 Main Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Aivis Zauerhagens, 28, of Arthur Street, Lincoln. At Boston, drove at Swineshead Bridge, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance, drove without a licence. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Ivan Bajanov, 38, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston drove on Lister Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Piotr Karas, 35, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on the A52, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 139 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance, drove without a licence, failed to stop at the scene of an accident. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for two years, £80 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 30 months, £160 fine, £85 costs,

Theft

Daimantas Boreisa, 24, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Sleaford Road, Boston, stole a bottle of vodka to the value of £24.47, belonging to Asda. £180 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jason James Whiley, 41, of South End, Boston. At Boston, damaged a window to the value of £150 belonging to Bright House, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £150 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Colin Johns, 29, of Tennyson Avenue, Grantham. At Boston, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £30, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custod at Boston Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for the offences of assaulting a PC and criminal damage. Community order made to include a supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Unlawful act

Daniel Hopps, 32, of King Street, Boston. At Boston, by an unlawful act, naley walking along the railway line between the track, obstructed an engine or carraige using the railway at Red Cap Lane Crossing, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months imposed for two offences of criminal damage. Community order made to include six months supervision, £60 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Zena Lee Lunness, 34, of no fixed abode. At Boston, had posession of six small wraps of diamorphine a class A drug,committed to prison for six weeks.

Scott Aaron Milne, 23, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Shaw Road, produced 15 seperate plants of cannabis, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of a conditional discharge. Community order made to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Grzegorz Rozycki, 22, of Granville Street, Boston. Speeding on Main Road, Whaplode. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Galina Semetiene, 30, of Almond Walk, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Daniel Bryan Hawes, 40, of Ickleton Place, Haverhill. At Wrangle drove on the A52 when using a handheld mobile telephone.£100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrej Ivanov, 28, of Rose Place, Boston. At High Street, Boston, drove without insurance, drove without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £150 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.

Kestutis Misevicius, 36, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston, drove on Portland Street without insurance. £270 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £250 costs, disqualified from driving for seven days.

Liam Christopher Rose, 25, of South Parade, Boston. Driving while using a mobile phone. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.+

Fake documents

Maria Adelaide De Costa Barbosa, 45, of Cotton Road, Boston. At Boston, without reasonable excuse had in her possession or under her control an identity document, namely a false Portuguese driving licence. £240 fine, £24 victim surcharge, £250 costs, false driving licence to be forfeited and destroyed.
