Wesley Anthony Smith, 33, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, stole two bottles of cider to the value of £7, belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op; at Boston, stole a pack of Carling Lager to the value of £8 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £7 compensation, £85 costs, £8 compensation.

Assault

Damian James Baker, 30, of Glebe Avenue, Spalding. At Donington, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include participation in a building better relationships programme for 30 days and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, £40 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

James Michael Collings, 46, of Bull Drove, Wrangle. At Spilsby Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrew Michael Cooke, 58, of Main Road, Brothertoft. At Brothertoft, twice assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include a maximum of 20 days rehabilitation activity, restraining orders made, £50 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £1,250 costs.

Daniel Edgerton, 28, Braymere Road, Hampton Centre. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

Valdas Kubelskas, 50, of Freiston Road, Boston. At Old Leake, assaulted another by beating them. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aivis Garais, 38, of Charles Street, Boston. At Boston, twice assaulted another by beating them. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days and 60 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

Reece Skinner, 18, of Garfits Lane, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Christopher Charles Parker, 30, of Chapel Lane, Mareham-le-Fen. At Boston, on Market Place, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sergejs Baikovskis, 43, of Whittle Close, Boston. At Boston, in West Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Marton Woods, 23, c/o Porcher Way, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend two rehabilitation activity and thinking skills programme appointments and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences within seven days. Order to continue, £40 fine.

Zilvinas Zelenkauskas, 26, of Sydney Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work on four dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to include an additional three days of rehabilitation activity for the breach (18 days total) as well as the original requirement of unpaid work.

Marius Pravilionis, 29, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on Liquorpond Street, without insurance; at Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points, £125 fine.

Trespass

Jan Andrzej Makowski, 58, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, with another, were in a residential building on Woodville Road, Boston, and having entered it as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building. Discharged conditionally for six months, £150 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Wojciech Tytko, 47, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Mantas Suminas, 35, of Park Road, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged property to the value of £30 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, restraining order made, £30 compensation, £85 costs.

David Ian Castle, 48, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged plates, flower pot, mirror, PlayStation, computer and sideboard to the value unknown belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Fraud

Tadas Balkevicius, 19, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he was the authorised user of a Paypal account in the name of another, intending to cause that person loss or expose them to risk of loss. Community order made, to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £1,691.27 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Donna Haynes, 34, of Craven Avenue, Kirton. At Boston, failed to promptly notify the department for work and pensions of a change in circumstances which would affect her entitlement to housing benefit - namely that she was maintaining a common household with another; at Boston, failed to promptly notify the department for work and pensions of a change in circumstances which would affect her entitlement to income support - namely that she was maintaining a common household with another. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for two years, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jay Christopher Pagden, 19, of Kemp Road, Blackpool. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or to provoke the use of unlawful violence by them. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Harassment

Lisa James, 47, of Marsh Road, Sutterton. Between November 16, 2015, and December 6, 2015, at Branston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which she knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that she constantly phoned and left messages of a threatening nature. Restraining order made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stolen goods

Jay Jordan Gilbert, 22, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a BMX cycle, knowing or believing them to be stolen; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months imposed for an offence of theft. Possession

Jordan Roland Holland, 19, of Witham Town, Boston. At Witham Town, Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis bush, a controlled drug of class B. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Helen Rate, 40, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Fenside Road, Boston, had possession of a small quantity of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drink-driving

Aimee Louise Ward, 30, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, was in charge of a motorvehicle on Queen Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for two years for an offence of theft. £80 fine, £20 victim
