Arturas Strolia, 48, of Market Place, Boston. At Woodville Road, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged the front door of a property to the value of £150, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Restraining order made, £250 fine, £150 compensation, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

David Westall, 53, of Bede Crescent, Benington. At Bede Crescent, Benington, without lawful excuse, damaged a Hyundai to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property, or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Bede Crescent, Benington, without lawful excuse, damaged a Peugeot Expert to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property, or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Restraining order made, £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £1,250 costs.

Theft

Benjamin Shaun Roland-Shrubb, 19, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, while being jointly concerned with another, stole a box of Stella Artois Lager to the value of £11, belonging to The One Stop Shop. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £5.50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Charles Malcolm Pinchbeck, 47, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of whiskey to a value of £60 belonging to Asda; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of theft; at Pescod Square, Boston, stole four bags of Wispa bites to the value of £4 belonging to Poundland; at West Street, Boston, stole six joints of gammon to the value of £30 belonging to The Co-op. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months and rehabilitation for up to 20 days, £30 compensation, £60 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Miroslave Olenkovic, 39, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fydell Street, while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance. £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Matthew Ackroyd, 35, of Church Close, Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on King Street, Boston, without insurance; drove without a licence. £720 fine, £72 victim surcharge, £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

Assault

John Batchelor, 76, of Lighton Avenue, Kirton. At Boston, assaulted another. Discharged conditionally for two years, restraining order made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Adam Jurkowski, 34, of Blacksmith Grove, of Fishtoft. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 10 days, 60 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunken disorder

Kieran Galbraith, 27, of Hawthorn Drive, Daneholme. At Boston, in Pilgrim Hospital, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
