Thomas Neil Roberts, 25, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Police Station, Lincoln Lane, Boston, had possession of two wraps of cocaine. £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, wraps of cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

David John Lowes, 45, of Cheales Close, Friskney. At Wainfleet, stole four cans of beer to the value of £7.99 belonging to The Co-op. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Anna Louise Hoyles, 31, of Craythorne Lane, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, stole beauty products, to the value of £115.93, belonging to Boots the Chemist. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Pranas Kryzevicius, 63, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £9.10 belonging to Iceland. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Kacper Motyka, 29, C/O Norfolk Street, Boston. At Lawrence Lane, Boston, attempted to steal vodka to the value of £20 belonging to B&M Stores; at B&M Bargains, stole three bottles of vodka, one bottle of spirit and clothing to the value unknown. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £17.96 compensation, £20 costs.

Stephen Mark Hare, 50, of Kyme Road, Boston. Between January 25 and January 29, 2016, at WH Smith, in Strait Bargate, Boston, stole art products to the value of £201; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months. £201 compensation, £50 costs, no action taken on breach and order to continue.

Tammy Lesley Newark, 51, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Lincoln, stole paint to the value of £33 belonging to Wilkinsons; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for four offences of theft; failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincolnshire Magistrates Court by failing to attend supervision on four dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences within seven days and failing to maintain with offender manager made for the offences of handling stolen goods and theft. Community order made to include treatment for drug dependency for six months, to undergo monthly drug rehabilitation reviews and to attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days, £60 victim surcharge, £45 costs.

Adam Robert Hancock, 34, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At West Street, Boston, stole six rump steaks to the value of £30 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op; commission of a further offence while during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for an offence of theft; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of theft. £65 fine, £30 compensation, no action taken on breach.

Ivan Merezha, 29, of Davey Close, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fenside Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £280 fine, £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Boris Sirvinsku, 54, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Liquorpond Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes of alcoho in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

At Langrick, drove on Main Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £420 fine, £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.

At Kirton, drove on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limt 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Namek Shorsh, 23, of Abbey Court, School Lane, Lincoln. At Boston, acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely a bag containing 880 illegal cigaretts contrary to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002; at Boston, acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely 2,160 illegal cigaretts contrary to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

Dermot Charles Foley, 51, of Holmes Road, Boston. At Stickney, used towards another, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them; at Stickney, without lawful excuse, damaged a fire hydrant marker to the value of £20 belonging to The Lincolnshire Fire Service intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made to include alcohol treatment for six months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £300 costs, hammer to be forfeited and destroyed.

Marat Pirnau, 28, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Josh Mark Andrew, 23, of Norfolk Place, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Wing Drive, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a pane of glass to the value of approximately £200 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 20 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mitchell Thomas Johns, 26, of Tennyson Avenue, Grantham. At The Supreme Inn, Bicker Bar, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sean Christopher Clay, 30, of Pen Street, Boston. At Boston assaulted another; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, no action taken on 
breach.

At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on Fydell Street while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license; at Boston drove on Fydell Street, after consuming so much alcohol alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, used on Fudell Street, a motor vehicle without an MOT, at Boston, used a motorvehicle on Fydell Street without insurance. Committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks suspended for two years to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 42 months.

Helmuts Slaidins, 41, of Alfred Street, Boston. At Burton Pedwardine, drove on the A17 while disqualified from driving; drove without due care and attention. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge, disqualifed from driving for 12 months.

Failure to comply

Valerij Tichormirov, 49, of Freiston Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on three dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, 
£50 fine.

Jordan Anthony Ronald Trainer, 22, of South End, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community oder by failing to attend supervision on three dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager; dealt with for the original offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or disorderly behaviourto cause another harassment, alarm or distress - an offence which was racially aggravated. Community order revoked, discharged conditionally for two years.

At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged two motorvehicles to the value unknown belonging to FM Lyell Butchers of Boston, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; two charges of, at Boston, assaulting another by beating them. Kelvin John Hallam, 20, of Woodside, Boston. At Boston, in a public place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months £15 victim, £85 costs.
