Janis Sedols, 29, of Wormgate, Boston. At Boston, in West Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Matthew Knowles, 29, of Brand End Road, Butterwick. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; at Boston, was in charge of a motor vehicle on the slip road to the Range Store off London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, assaulted a police constable with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detention of himself for an offence. £100 fine, £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points, £260 fine.

Theft

Paul Anthony Hazzard, 37, of Rose Place, Boston. At Asda Superstore, Boston, stole razor blades and face cream of a value unknown; at Boston, stole six jars of coffee and two bottles of wine to a value unknown, belonging to B&M Stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Jake Daffurn, 22, of Church Lane, Skegness. At Smalley Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for two years, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Michael Peter Emery, 25, of Ashlawn Drive, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged the front foor and landline phone to the valure of £540 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Harassment

Floyd McNally-Jones, 21, of Freshfields, Shirley, Croydon. At Boston, pursued a course of coduct which amounted to the harassment of another, and the offence was racially aggravated; at Boston, withintent to cause two others, harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and the offence was racially aggravated; at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include rehabilitation activitie for a maximum of 25 days, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Neil Anthony Doughty, 61, of Red Lion Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements by failing to attend appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation, failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continure, £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.
