Possession

Agris Lidacis, 35, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine. £150 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Darryl Graham Brown, 39, of South Terrace, Boston. At Freiston Road, Boston, had possession of 0.26g of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £45 costs, 0.26g of diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Assault

Mark McEwan, 33, of Market Place, Long Sutton. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £150 compensation.

Christopher Michael Shinn, 23, of Main Road, New Bolingbroke. At Ashlawn Drive, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stolen goods

Lina Papstaityte, 29, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly received stolen goods - namely a men’s GIANT Mountain bike to the value of £1,599 belonging to UK Cycle Centre of Malvern, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drug-driving

Adam Rowe, 25, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Horncastle Road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahyrdocannabinol (THC), in his blood equalled 2.7 micrograms per litre (legal limit 2). £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Behaviour

Thomas Benjamin Thorpe, 23, of Botolph Street, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely such violence would be provoked. Community order made, to include a three month curfew, £85 victim surcharge, £45 costs.

Theft

Ceslovas Zaurakas, 34, of Orchard Street, Boston. At Bargain Buys, stole grocery items to the value of £10.98; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for two charges of theft and a failure to surrender; at Dunelm Mill, stole bedding to the value of £65. £135 fine, £10.98 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jordan Adele Baggaley, 28, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, stole two purses containing £150 cash, belonging to another; commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order for an offence of trespass with intent to steal; at Boston, stole laundry items to the value of £15 belonging to Co-op, West Street; at West Street, stole three bottles of Aerial Excel Gel, to the value of £11.67, belonging to Co-op; at Home Bargains, stole Ariel tablets, of a value unknown. Committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks, restraining order made, £120 compensation, £15.06 compensation.

Drink-driving

Grace Scrupps, 41, of Sentence Crescent, Kirton. On Main Road, Brothertoft, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in urine equalled 341 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine (legal limit 107). £875 fine, £88 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Failure to stop

Sean Oakes, 34, of North Forty Foot Bank, Holland Fen with Brothertoft. At Boston, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle on Kirton Drove, failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so. £440 fine, £44 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Drunk and disorderly

Sergejs Baikovskis, 44, of Whittle Close, Boston. At Central Park, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for an offence of drunk and disorderly. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Wojciech Tytko, 47, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Pizza Hut, on West Street, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; twice commissioned a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for an offence of drunk and disorderly. £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
