Discharged conditionally for nine months, discharged conditionally for 12 months, two lots of £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Odeta Parapijankiene, 45, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boots Store, Market Place, Boston, stole cosmetics to the value of £76.05. Discharged conditionally for nine months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jaroslav Zigo, 23, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Boston, stole phone accessories to the value of £25.98, belonging to B&M. £160 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mariuz Skiba, 29, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, stole flowers valued at £16 belonging to Asda; at Boston had possession of MDMA, a controlled drug of class A. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, MDMA to be forfeited and destroyed.

Paul Anthony Hazzard, 37, of Rose Place, Boston. At Boston, attempted to steal 19 items of children’s clothing to the value of £132 belonging to PEP & Co. Boston; at Boston, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority in Station Approach, a Stanley knife; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for two offences of theft. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, to include 20 days of rehabilitation activity, £115 victim surcharge, no action taken on breach.

Daniel Paul Crane, 23, c/o St Rumbold Street, Lincoln. At Boston, stole goods to the value of £31.95 belonging to B&M Bargains. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Ian John Barwick, 40, of Union Street, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for two drugs-related offences. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £40 costs, quantity of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Stefanie Louise Impey, 34, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Shaw Road, Boston, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, quantity of amphetamine.

Michael Peter Patton, 26, of South Terrace, Boston. At Penny Gardens, Kirton, in a public place was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; commision of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for one offence of aggressive taking without consent and one charge of excess alcohol. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £25 fine.

harassment

Lee Martin Bedford, 33, of Oldfield Lane, Leverton. Between March 17 and April 29, 2016, at Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent text messages, emails and made calls, all of a threatening nature. Discharged conditionally for two years, restraining order made for the purposes of protecting the victim, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
