Here’s a rundown of the latest cases at Boston Magistrates’ Court:

Assault

Alexandra Petrunins, 31, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. Assault by beating. Community order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Pawel Wladyslaw Benet, 40, of Argyle Street, Boston. Assault by beating and stole house keys and a laptop to a value unknown. 150 hours unpaid work, £100 compensation, £150 costs.

Steponas Vygantas, 28, of High Street, Boston. Assault by beating, damaged a self-service till to the value of £200 belonging to Asda, Sleaford Road, Boston, used theatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Two community orders for a period of 18 months. Two lots of £100 compensation.

Patrick Thornton, 31, of Eastwood Road, Boston. Assault in Boston. £665 fine, £785 compensation, £65 surcharge and £85 costs.

Miscellaneous

Tautyvydas Pleckaitis, 27, of Mayors Walk, Peterborough. Drunk and disorderly in a public place in Boston. £13 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lea William Appleyard, 34, of Granville Street, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in a public place, West Street, Boston. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Antonia Danielle Hickman, 19, of Caleb Hill Road, Boston. Used Facebook to contact someone she was prohibited from doing so by an anti-social behaviour order. Community order made, 40 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mindaugus Guzauskas, 28, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. Had a quantity of cannabis in posession. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis destroyed.

Thomasz Podhorodecki, 39, of Duke Street, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order to continue with additional requirements of 10 hours unpaid work.

Darren Ladds, 32, of Estover Road, March,. Breached a restraining order in Hardwick Estate, Kirton. 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, £80 surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Richard Paul Wood, 25, of St Bede’s Drive, Boston. Stole £5,240.37 from a bank account. Committed to prison for 26 weeks.

Livija Matulevica, 50, of Irby Street, Boston. Stole mackerel fillets and chicken nuggets to the value of £7.25 from Heron Foods, on Wide Bargate. £140 fine,£20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Scott Paul Hunter, 28, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a pair of football boots, a pair of Nike shin pads, an Adidas kit bag and silver Apple iPod, stole two boxes containing magazines to the value of £280 belonging to Co-op stores, failed to attend scheduled appointments with an acceptable explanation and with no contact with offender manager, twice had posession of a quantity of cannabis in Boston, failed to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail, had possession of 0.10 grams of diamorphine a controlled class A drug, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen bicycle, stole a computer monitor to the value of £129.99 belonging to Currys Boston and stole medicines and confectionary to the value of £25.61 belonging to Co-operative stores. 
Two concurrent four week prison sentences and seven suspended prison sentences of 12 weeks.

Leon James Houlden, 42, of Duke Street, Boston. Stole a pedal cycle to the value of £400, failed to surrender at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. £400 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, community order with 80 hours unpaid work.

Driving Offences

Lynn Welbourn, 45, of Roundlands, Algarkirk. At Lincoln drove a motorvehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. £40 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £43 costs, disqualified for 6 months. License endorsed with three points.

Kamil Oleksia, 18, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. Drove without a licence or insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Robin James Lighton Woodward, 30, of West End Road, Frampton. Speeding in Grantham. £60 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Property Damage

John Robertson, 47, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At New Bolinbroke damaged a ceramic ashtray to the value unknown. 
12-month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Robertas Prieskienis, 24, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Destroyed the front nearside window of a Ford Fiesta worth £100, £155 fine, £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Gints Stepanovs, 35, of Weldon Gardens, Boston. Damaged an external door frame and door to the value of £610 belonging to Mayflower Housing. £100 compensation
