Motoring

James Richard Boden, 37, of Northlands, Sibsey. Drove on Wainfleet Road, Boston, when using a hand-held mobile telephone. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Paul Henry Hunter, 46, of Edinburgh Grove, Hartlepool. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Lloyd Hurford, 23, of Brunswick Drive, Skegness. Speeding on the A17, Swineshead. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Arben Malaj, 30, of Kingston Terrace, Haven Village, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required to, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Stuart Adrian McBarron, 46, of Wesley Avenue, Terrington St Clement. Speeding on the A17 westbound, Swineshead Bridge. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Denis Rachimov, 31, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Speeding at Main Road, Wrangle. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Stephen James Townsend, 25, of London Road, Boston. Drove on the A16, at Kirton, without insurance and without a licence. £165 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points. Drove on Sleaford Road without a licence and without insurance, when the registration mark assigned to the vehicle was not fixed to the front of the vehicle and when not every headlamp was in good working order. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Theft

Karl Williams, 22, of Tytton Lane East, Wyberton. At Boston, stole a portable DVD player to the value of £79.99, committed assault by beating. 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £100 compensation, £300 costs.

Mary Ann Jobson, 31, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, stole chocolate to the value of £22 belonging to Co-op, in West Street. Community order made to include a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision requirement, £22 compensation. At Boston, stole perfume to the value of £30.50 belonging to Scent. £30.50 compensation.

Jodie Alfred Zieske, 37, of Kings Street, Boston. At Boston, stole chocolate to the value of £22 belonging to Co-op, in West Street. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Jonathan Andrew Dixon, 42, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Boston, stole sunglasses to the value of £4.48 belonging to QD Stores, at Boston failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court, at Boston, stole heated digital pain reliever to the value of £39.99 belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy. Community order made to include supervision requirement, £4.48 compensation. At Wide Bargate, Boston, had possession of 0.5 grammes of diamorphine. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Aleksejs Misanins, 23, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a protein shake to the value of £36.99 belonging to Boots. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months. Stole a bottle of Jack Daniels to the value of £34 belonging to Tesco. £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend work sessions, failing to provide explanations and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. 20 hours’ unpaid work added – 80 hours in total.

Drink-driving

Jamie Lee Elston, 22, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Kitwood Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £290 fine, £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Henrikas Alisauskas,26, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. Drove on Sleaford Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Drunk and disorderly

Colin Johns, 29, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Failure to comply

Donatas Kulikauskas, 21, of no fixed abode. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by twice failing to attend unpaid work appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Dealt with for original offences of theft, going equipped and possession of cannabis. Community order revoked, detained in courthouse until court rose.
