Here’s the latest rundown of results from cases at Boston Magistrates’ Court...

Drink-driving

Sharron Goldie, 46, of Sandygate Crescent, Old leake. At Sutterton, drove a motorvehicle on Station Road, Sutterton, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for two years.

Saulius Kauneckasm, 39, of Swanspool, Peterborough. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on the A16, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), at Crowland, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on the A16 an accident occured. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Andrius Sukys, 21, of Meridian Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on South End after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without insurance; at Spalding committed assault by beating. 150 hours’ unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 20 months, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Adrian John Payne, 47, of Main Road, Stickney. At South Street, Boston, drove when using a hand-held mobile telephone; drove on South Street, while not wearing an adult belt in conformity with the Motor Vehicles Regulations 1993. No totting disqualification, £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £20 costs, £200 costs, licence endorsed with three points, no separate penalty.

Trespass

Tanya Ivy Riley, 34, of no fixed abode. At Boston, having entered 49 Main Ridge East as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building; at Boston, having entered 21 Vauxhall Road as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Adrian Stolarek, 24, York Street, Boston. At Boston, produced a quantity of cannabis; without the authority of the Secretary of State, had posession of an OC Pepper Spray. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs, plants and equipment to be forfeited and destroyed, discharged conditionally for 12 months, weapon to be forfeited and destroyed.

Christopher Schaffarczyk, 30, of Wright Street, Newark. At Boston had posession of 35 gramms of cannabis, drove without insurance. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed, £240 fine, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drunk and disorderly

Andrejs Kozire, 32, of Tunnock Street, Boston. At Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge.

Assault

Valerijs Grosevs, 35, of Linden Way, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating; at Boston, without reasonable excuse attended a property which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of assault by beating. Committed to prison for four weeks, £85 costs.

Behaviour

Sade Matheson, 26, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated within the terms Crime Act; at Boston, resisted a constable in the execution of her duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Ion Nitu, 22, of Eastwood Road, Ilford. At Boston, stole alcohol and goods to the value of £215.10, discharged conditionally for nine months, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Mantas Adomavicius, 22, of Blue Street, Boston. Stole chocolate to the value of £1.38 belonging to Coop Store, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail, commission of a further offence while subject to a condtional discharge for six months for an offence of theft. £100 fine, £1.38 compensation, to be detained until court rises, no action taken on breach.

Mathek Pawel Grzelak, 19, Witham Bank West, Boston. At Boston, stole a computer mouse to the value of £9 belonging to Asda Stores; failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £175 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
