Drink-driving

Vaidas Klimas, 33, of Woodside, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Daniel-Ovidiu Ianc, 45, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

James William Alexander Kay, 23, of Churth Street, Carlby. At Boston, drove on Swineshead Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 44 months.

Deepak Samra, 27, of One Way Street, Sutterton. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, drove without an MOT. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months and supervision for 12 months, £200 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 46 months.

At Boston, drove on Willoughby Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 18 months.

Krzystof Gajdzis, 33, of Alcorn Green, Boston. At Boston, drove on Eastwood Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in blood equalled 93 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Fishing

Paul Fletcher, 33, of Parthian Avenue, Boston. At Boston, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127 costs.

Drunk and disorder

Raimondas Dabrisius, 38, Carver Road, Boston. At Boston, in Browns Road, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

James Britton, 30, of Everingtons Lane, Skegness. At Boston, on South Street, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; at Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Vita Lazdina, 24, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, jointly with another, stole health and beauty products to the value of £76.97 belonging to Boots; at Boston, stole washing detergent to the value of £29.94 belonging to B and M Stores; at Boston, stole two joints of lamb meat to the value of £29.82 belonging to Aldi; application to revoke a community order (and resentence) made by Boston Magistrate’s Court for five original offences of theft; at Boston, were resident in a building on Horncastle Road, and having entered it as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements for 12 months, £29.94 compensation.

Daniel Paul Nichols, 23, of Tattershall Road, Boston.At Boston, stole DVDs and games to the value of £112 belonging to Asda Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for an offence of theft. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £112 compensation, £40 costs.

Rosie Belcher, 22, of Main Ridge, Boston. At Boston, stole jewellery to the value of £10 belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for six months, £10 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tanya Ivy Riley, 34, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole a candle to the value of £17, belonging to Oldrids; two charges of commissioning a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months. £20 fine, £20 victim surcharge, no action taken on breach.

Failure to comply

Martin Thorne-Blackham, 23, of Ivy Crescent, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by twice failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue to include 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (210 hours total), £70 costs.

Motoring

Andrew David Sherriff, 24, of Horbling Lane, Stickney. At Barton Street, Ludborough, drove without due care and attention; drove without insurance; drove without a licence. £35 fine, £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for six months.

Edgaras Valutis, 26, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. At Boston, speeding on Marsh Lane; drove without an MOT; drove without insurance. £165 fine, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three months.

Stephen Paul Dorbon, 46, of Monarchs Road, Sutterton. Speeding on the A17 at Beckingham. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Anita Victoria Ridley, 43, of Layfield, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Speeding on the A17, Swineshead Bridge. £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Sarah Armstrong, 40, of Frampton Place. At Boston, being the keeper of a vehicle failed to notify the secrtaryof state of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 vctim surcharge, £90 costs.

Trespass

Liga Rozentale, 24, of no fixed abode. At Boston, entered as a trespasser a dwelling on Wormgate, with intent to steal therein; application to revoke a community order (and re-sentence) made by Lincolnshire Magistrates Courts for seven offences of theft, two offences of trespass and wilfully obstructing various constables in the execution of their duty. Committed to prison for six months total.

Assault

Ann Smith, 44, of Hurn Close, Ruskington. At Old Leake, three times committed assault by beating. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months and supervision for 12 months, £50 victim surcharge, to be detained in courthouse - detention deemed served by reason of time spent in custody.

Criminal damage

Ryan Philip Bates, 22, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, without lawful excuse damaged an outside tap of a value unknown. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Railway

Christian Firth, 32, of Alexander Road, Skegness. At Boston, entered a compulsory ticket area between Boston and Skegness on the railway when not in possession of a valid ticket. £200 fine, £2.40 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £135 costs.
