Drink-driving

Aidas Bukauskas, 26, of Pulvertoft Lane, Boston. Drove on Queen Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Arturas Ubavicius, 40, of Charles Street, Peterborough. On Horace Street, Boston, were in charge of a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 64 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jason Fisher, 21, of North Forty Foot Bank, Brothertoft. Drove on North Footy Foot Bank after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, drove a vehicle without an MOT. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Drunk and 
disorder

Sergejus Peresekovas, 33, of Kingston Terrace, Boston. At Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, suspended sentence varied to include eight week prison sentence suspended for two years.

Casey Louise Haw, 23, of Castle Street, Boston. In Boston town centre, Main Ridge West, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for six months, £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Darius Lukosevicius, 29, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston used behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, breach of conditional discharge. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Arunas Dobrovolskis, 25, of Laughton Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating, failed to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mindaugas Kiveliavicius, 26, of Pulvertoft Lane, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Obstruction

Ainars Lapsa, 39, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty, drove without insurance, drove without a licence. Community order made to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Theft

Stephanie Melinda Baggaley, 42, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole alcohol and confectionary to the value of £101.15 belonging to Aldi. £41.31 compensation.
