Theft

Mark Anthony Foster, 39, of Ingram Road, Boston. At Asda, Lister Way, Boston, stole packets of steak to the value of £16.20, commissioned a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, no action taken on breach.

Toni Lea Sharman, 36, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £47.82, stole clothing to the value of £5.99 belonging to New Look. 12 month conditional discharge, £5.99 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £45 costs.

Ringolds Trotitis, 41, of no fixed abode. At Boston stole two bottles of whisky to the value of £24.38. Two year conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Georgina Morris, 23, of Boston. At Lister Way, Boston, stole clothing to the value of £13 belonging to Asda. 12 month conditional discharge, £13 compensation.

Valera Voitsehovski, 18, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, stole perfume to the value of £1.99 belonging to Savers Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to a six months conditional discharge for an offence of theft, at Boston failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Committed to detention for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Donatas Kilikauskas, 20, of Main Ridge West, Boston. At Lawrence Lane, Boston, stole headphones and two bottles of whisky to the value of £35.97 belonging to B&M Home Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to a six month conditional discharge for the offences of possessing a controlled drug class B, going equipped for theft and theft/shoplifting. Community order made to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months and participate in education training and employment activity for five days, £60 victim surcharge

Criminal 
property

Nathan Daniel Barwick, 31, London Road, Boston. At Boston, used or had possession of criminal property, namely hand held tools to the value of £850, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for an offence of burglary. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, suspended sentence of 12 weeks imposed.

Motoring

Hugo Paulo Luciano, 37, Richmond Close, Boston. At Boston drove on Hamilton Way, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for eight weeks forthwith, licence endorsed with six points.

Aleksejus Zagura, 19, Union Place, Boston. At Boston, on Union Street, drove without a licence, drove without insurance and, without the consent of the owner or lawful authority, took a Ford Mondeo for the use of yourself or another. 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Sexual assault

Slawomir Piotr Biernacki, 45, of Station Street, Boston. At Boston, intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent. Community order made to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

Drugs

Lee John Jonas, 26, Yew Tree Drive, Leicester. At Boston had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Weapons

Remigijus Butkus, 29, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, had posession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid namely an incapacitant pepper spray. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, forfeiture and destruction of drugs.

Failure to comply

Valera Voitsehovski, 18, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failed to maintain contact with offender manager. Two six week concurrent prison sentences suspended for 18 months and two 12 week concurrent prison sentences suspended for 18 months.

Drink-Driving

Alvydus Gintalas, 45, of no fixed abode. At Boston, on Fydell Street, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 138 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 30 months.
