Theft

Elio Oliveira, 41, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole four containers of baby formula, to the value of £29.96 belonging to Boots store, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for an offence of theft. Community order made to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge.

Aleksejs Misanins, 23, of Granville Street, Boston. At Asda, Boston, stole a box of Stella lager to the value of £14 belonging to Asda stores, at Lincoln in the county of Lincolnshire failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Community order made to include 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge. At Boston stole perfume to the value of £46 belonging to Oldrids. Community order made to include 60 hours’ unpaid work.

Mindaugas Guzauskas, 29, of Tunnard Street, Boston. At Tesco, stole a bottle of Harveys Bristol Cream to the value of £8 belonging to the store, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include supervision requirement, £200 compensation, £200 costs. At Boston, damaged a cell pillow to the value of £30 belonging to Lincolnshire Police. £30 compensation.

Zara Emily Cook, 28, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole groceries to the value of £21.50 belonging to One Stop Shop. 12 month conditional discharge, £21.50 compensation.

Charles Anthony Morrell, 38, of George Geary Close, Barwell. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser of Katmandu, on West Street, stole therein a quantity of legal highs of a value unknown. Community order made to include a curfew requirement for three months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drugs

Mark Philip Pelling, 22, of Peck Avenue, Boston. At Peck Avenue, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £180 fine, £20 victim surcarge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Helen Rate, 38, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £45 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Antantas Patkus, 27, of Witham Place, Boston. At Boston, damaged a light in a police cell to the value of unknown belonging, to Lincolnshire Police, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £36 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to comply

David Victor Patrick Cable, 48, of Hobhole Bank, Freiston Ings. At The Gride, Old Leake, having been required to provide a specimen or specimens, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for four years.

Jimmy Nuttall, 21, of Tattershall Road, Boston. Failed, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to contact offender manager. Dealt with for original offence of criminal damage, committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months to include a curfew requirment for three months.

Viktoras Mitravicius, 30, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Dennis Stephen Pocklington, 27, of Small End, Friskney. At Skegness attended an address he was prohibited from doing so by an order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court. Community order made, to include a building better relationships programme for 29 days and a supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Kamil Falc, 30, of no fixed abode. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Vitor Marques, 30, of London Road, Ipswich. At West Street, Boston, committed two counts of assault, and at Boston failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 14 days suspended for 12 months to include supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs, committed to prison for 21 days consecutive to first sentence and committed to prison for seven days concurrent to previous sentences suspended for 12 months.

Scott James Sands, 23, of Lacey’s Avenue, Leverton. At Boston, committed assault by beating. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tatjana Belova, age unknown, of James Street, Boston.
