Assault

Alvydus Gintalas, 45, of no fixed abode. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating. 12 month conditional discharge, two restraining orders made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aleksandrs Kurtejevs, 25, of Hykeham Road, Lincoln. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating, commissioned a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge. Committed to prison for four months, two restaining orders made, no action taken on breach.

Abusive Behaviour

Daniel Terry Addison, 24, of Medlam Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated, twice assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, three orders for £100 compensation.

Failed to comply

Kevin John Carmichael, 31, of Fold Hill, Boston Low Road, Friskney. Failed to comply with a community order made by Hull and Holderness Magistrates’ Court by being absent from a specified place of curfew on several occasions. Community order varied to include extended curfews, £10 fine, £65 costs.

Alvydas Gintalas, 45, of no fixed abode. At Boston contacted someone and went somewhere he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Boston Magistrates’ Court, commissioned a further offence while subject to order of a conditional discharge for 12 months for two offences of assault and commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for an offence of excess alcohol. Three month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, orders to continue, suspended sentence varied fto include committed to prison for a term of 10 weeks suspended for 12 months to include supverision and prohibited activity requirements.

Mark Ayton, 29, of Meridian Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend supervision and failing to provide acceptable explanation. Order to continue with varied requiremends to include a drug rehabilitation requirement.

At Boston, without reasonable excuse attended an address which he was proibited from doing by a restraining order, commissioned three offences while subject to conditional discharges (original offences of two assaults, excess alcohol and breach of restraining order. Committed to prison for a total of 20 weeks.

AWOL

Lee Guy Jackson, 22, of Bladon Estate, Fishtoft. At Boston, was brought before the court being absent without leave from the armed forces, at Boston, without lawful authority had in Hartley Street, an offensive weapon, namely a knuckle duster. Weapon to be forfeited and destroyed, detained in court because detention was deemed served by time spent in custody. At Boston Police Station, had possession of 3.07 grams of amphetamine. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Donatas Kulikauskas, 21, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole a bottle of whisky to the value of £27 belonging to Asda, at Boston, without lawful excuse, destroyed a seat to the value unknown belonging to HMCTS intending to destroy or damage such property. To be detained in the courthouse, detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Scott Nathan Venables, 35, of Puritan Way, Boston. At Boston, stole batteries to the value of £120.78 belonging to Co-Op. Wide Bargate, Boston, commission of a futher offence while subject to a six month conditional discharge for the original offence of stealing air fresheners to the value of £47 belonging to Co-Op Stores. Community order made to include 12 month supervision, £60 victim surcharge, no order for costs.

Simon Andrew Bisby, 38, Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, stole chocolate to the value of £23.90 belonging to Co-op store, on Argyle Street, four other offences admitted and taken into consideration. Committed to prison for 28 days, £23.90 compensation.

Abby Bland, 31, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. At Windsor Crescent, used a colour television receiver without a licence. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Leanne Buckberry, 26, of Station Road, Swineshead. At Station Road used a colour television receiver without a licence. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Amanda Butler, 47, of Chestnut Road, Boston. At Chestnut Road, used a colour television receiver without a licence. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Steven Carr, 41, of South Terrace, Boston. At South Terrace, used a colour television receiver without a licence. £55 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Tansy Epton, 39, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Taverner Road used a colour television receiver without a licence. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Jessica Flower, 24, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At Bartol Crescent used a colour television receiver without a licence. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Zowie Foster, 26, of Cowley Close, Swineshead. At Cowley Close, used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
