Assault

Gareth David Noland, 29, of Russia Street, Accrington. At Boston, committed assault by beating, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence, made for an offence of battery. Suspended sentence of imprisonment for two months suspended for 24 months imposed, also committted to prison for four months to run consecutive.

Theft

Michael Peter Patton, 24, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, entered as a trespasser a dwelling on Penny Gardens and stole keys, a helmet and a moped o the value of £1,000. Committed to prison for two months, suspended for 12 months. £80 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Keith Hunter, 50, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, had possession of 0.96 grams of diamorphine, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Elizabeth Felton, 61, of Clarkes Close, Eastville. Speeding on the A16, at Sibsey. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Pavelas Galkinas, 24, of Frampton Place, Boston. Drove a moped on Maple Road, Boston, without a licence, without insurance, without protective headgear and without due care and attention. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Ellis Peter, 64, of Newton Walk, Stockton on Tees. On the A17, Swineshead, having been required failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, 60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Lukasz Waldemar Szaj, 30, of Portland Street, Boston. Speeding on West Marsh Road, Spalding. £60 fine, £28 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Sebastian Gominiak, 37, of Saundergate Park, Wyberton. Drove on the A16 at Spalding without due care and attention. £330 fine, £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.

Dawn Brockbank, 47, of Appleby Close, Accrington. Speeding on the A16, Sibsey. £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Sergiu Marian Dixon, 24, of Mayflower Road, Boston. At Boston, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Darren Charles Guttesen, 43, of Meridian Close, Boston. At Boston, drove on Skirbeck Road, without due care and attention, drove without a licence. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Victoria Parnham, age unknown, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, kept on Lincoln Lane, a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £11.67, £90 costs.

Anna Pytka, 43, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Alena Sostokova, 47, of West Street, Boston. At Boston, kept on Pipe Office lane, a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £275 fine, £111.67 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Lukasz Janusz Szwan, 35, of The Featherworks, Boston. At Boston was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Jamie Matthew Vines, 33, of Fen Road, Frampton Fen. At Frampton Fen, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Failure to comply

Luke Stuart Mitchell, 35, of London Road, Kirton. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend two appointments and failing to provide acceptable explanation or maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with varied requirements added including drug rehabilitation.

John Gerald Rogan, 35, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend two appointments and failing to provide acceptable explanation or maintain contact with offender manager. Suspended sentence for offences of common assault and section 4 varied committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 weeks.

Failure to notify

Maria Helen Rogan, age unknown, of Kyme Road, Boston. From April 11, 2011-July 22, 2013, failed to give prompt notification of a change in circumstances which would affect claim for housing benefit, in that she failed to notify Boston Borough Council of employment of Lincolnshire County Council, from April 11, 2011, to March 31, 2013, failed to give prompt notification of a change in circumstances which would affect claim for council tax benefit, in that she failed to notify Boston Borough Council of employment of Lincolnshire County Council, from April 1, 2013, to July 22, 2013, failed to give prompt notification of a change in circumstances which would affect claim for council tax support, in that she failed to notify Boston Borough Council of employment of Lincolnshire County Council, Three year conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £350 costs.

Drink-driving

Matthew James-Dalglish, 57, of Tower Road, Boston. Drove on Tower Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 cost, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Steven Thomas Hamilton, 39, of Rider Gardens, Fishtoft. At Wide Bargate, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliltitres of breath (legal limit 35). £450 fine, £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points

Drunk and 
disorderly

David James Frizzell, 27, Fieldfare Croft, Boston. At the Market Place, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £165 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Stacey David Ruck, 38, of Silt Pit Lane, Wyberton. At Boston damaged a back door, committed assault occasioning actual bodily harm. £150 compensation, £115 fine, £630 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
