Here’s our latest set of results from cases heard at Boston Magistrates’ Court

Theft

Aleksandrs Aleksandrovs, 22, of London Road, Boston. At Boston, stole alcohol the the value of £10.50 belonging to Asda, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of theft. £30 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, no action taken on breach.

Raimond Kaicenko, 39, of Portland Street, Boston. At Boston, stole two joints of meat to the value of £23.05 belonging to Co-op store, Wide Bargate, Boston. Committed to prison for one week concurrent.

Grzegorz Kiedio, 31, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole skin cream to the value of £22 belonging to Boots, at Boston , stole jewellery to the value of £30 belonging to Marks and Spencers, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for three months imposed for an offence of theft. Detained in courthouse, detention deemed served by reason of time already spend in custody, no action taken on breach.

Vita Lazdina, 24, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, stole clothing to the value of £42 belonging to Matalan Store. Community order made to include a drug rehabilitation requirement. At Wide Bargate, Boston, stole meat items to the value of £107 belonging to Iceland, at Wide Bargate, Boston, stole meat items to the value of £140 belonging to Iceland. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation requirement, £53.50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £70 compensation. At Boston, stole beauty products to the value of £80.92 belonging to Boots Ltd, Market Place, Boston, wilfully obstructed various constables in the execution of their duty, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 18 months. No action taken on breach.

David John Cross, 30, of Rutland Road, Skegness. At Friskney, stole a handbag and contents of a value unknown. Committed to prison for 18 weeks.

Grzegorz Kiedio, 31, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole a bottle of wine valued at £4.99 belonging to the Co-operative Society, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for three months. Committed to prison for seven days.

Tom Turlais, 18, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole various items to the value of £45.74 belonging to Oldrids Department Store. Detained in courthouse until court rose.

Casey Kenneth Bloom, 22, of Edwin Street, Boston. At Boston, stole three joints of pork belonging to Co-op Stores, on West Street, Boston. Community order made to include treatment for drug dependency and supervision requirements, £60 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Vincent John Baxter, 49, of Peck Avenue, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine in a needle prepared for use, at Boston stole food to the value of £11.50 belonging to Cooperative Stores, at Boston, two charges of possessing a quantity of amphetamine, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for towo offences of fraud. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs, three fines of £40, £2.25 compensation, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Sam Jack Truepenny, 25, of Kristen Turton Close, Holten-Le-Clay. At London Road, Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 to the crown prosecution service, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Receiving stolen goods

Anthony Roy Hemingway, 30, of Shaw Road, Boston. Dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a black camera bag, Pentax camera, leather box, three cheques and silver matchstick holder, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Community order made to include 50 hours’ unpaid work. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely five used solid rotary cutters, to the value of approximately £500 belonging to Norprint.Community order made to include 50 hours’ unpaid work, £120 costs.

Assault

Kia Tebbs, 18, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, with Charlotte Vines, committed assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Committed to detention for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, £75 compensation, £80 victim surcarge, £50 costs.

Charlotte Rose Vines, 18, of Pinchbeck Road, Butterwick. At Boston, jointly with Kia Tebbs, committed assault occasioning actual bodily harm, at Boston assaulted Deon Fairhurst. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, £75 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Tommy Walden, 25, of Mayflower Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years, £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Aurimas Kontrimas, 29, of Fydell Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on two occassions, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to contact offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include 10 extra hours’ (110 hours’ total) unpaid work.

Adam Wood, 25, of Fenside Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on two occcassions, failed to provide acceptable explanation, failed to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, with 20 hours’ (150 hours’ total) added for breach, £75 costs.

Motoring

Andrejs Zaicevs, 24, Sunningdale Drive, Boston. At Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty, at Boston, used a motorvehicle on the Market Place, Boston, when without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Obstruction

Aleksejs Balans, 27, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, intentionally obstructed a costable in the exercise of his powers under the misuse of drugs act. £150 fine, detained in the courthouse until court rose.

Drink-driving

Lewis Smith, 19, of Bladon Estate, Fishtoft. At Boston, drove on Church Green Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilites of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance, drove without a licence, and without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority took a vehicle for the use of ourself or another and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered damage was caused to the vehicle. Community order made to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Vladimirs Klavins, 48, of Granville Street, Boston. At Horncastle, drove on Spilsby Road, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without a licence, drove without insurance. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Edward Swiatek, 50, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on West End Road, Wyberton, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.
