Casey Kenneth Bloom, 22, of Edwin Street, Boston. At Boston, three offences of theft of a joint of pork to the value of £6.59 belonging to Co-op Stores, West Street, Boston. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation requirement, and supervision requirement for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge.

Assault

Ryan Philip Bates, 22, of Penny Gardens, Boston. At Boston committed assault by beating, at Boston damaged a steam cleaner to the value of £20. Community order including a curfew requirement for three months, participation in a building better relationships programme, and a supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £20 compensation.

Motoring

Luke Blake, 24, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston, without reasonable excuse, drove a motorvehicle on South Terrace while carrying in the front seat a child under 14 who was not wearing a seat belt. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Luis Vicente Dos Santos Gualdino, 48, Friars Gate, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilt of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Jeremy Alexander Elmer, 44, of Seedlands Close, Boston. Speeding on the A52 at Welby. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Shelley Fountain, 30, of London Road, Boston. Speeding on the B1192 Langrick Road, at Wildmore. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Diane Robinson, 37, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. Speeding on Cross O’Cliff Hill, in Lincoln. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Adrian Sobczak, 29, of Rectory Road, Boston. Speeding on the A57 at Lincoln. £115 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Bruno Azmeida, 35, of Wormgate, Boston. At Boston, kept on Witham Street, a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £18.75 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Oleg Churpkin, 27, of The Old Dairy, Boston. At The Old Dairy, Boston, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Failure to comply

Jimmy Derrick Nuttall, 21, of Tattershall Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by being absent from the specified place of curfew between December 26, and December 27, 2013 and January 6 and January 7, 2014. Suspended sentence imposed by East Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court varied to include 14 week curfew to remain at home between 9pm and 5am daily (14 days added for breach), £65 costs.
