Motoring

Piotr Palac, age unknown, of Sandholme Lane, Kirton. At Boston, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Lorraine Walden, 42, of Fleming Court, Wyberton. At Boston, kept on Elizabeth Road, a vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £33.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Sean Christopher Welsh, 38, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, used on the A16 Kirton, a vehicle which was unlicensed.£200 fine, £23.34, £90 costs.

Siana Bolland, 19, of Barrowby Road, Grantham. At Boston, rode in the front seat of a vehicle on Sleaford Road, while not wearing an adult belt. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephen Day, 31, of Sir Isaac Newton Close, Holbeach. Speeding on the B1192 Langrick Road, at New York. £370 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Simon Leslie Epton, 43, of Greenwood Walk, Askern. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Sabrina Johnson-White, 32, of Isabelle Court, Kettering. Speeding on the A52 Southbound, at Wrangle. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Grzegorz Adam Smiechoqicz, 30, of The Laurels, Boston. Speeding on the A52 between its junction with Dembleby and Church Lane, Welby. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrzej Adamczyk, 54, of Willoughby Road, drove on John Adams Way without insurance and while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £600 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months, £200 fine.

Caroline Louise Clark, 31, of Garfits Lane, Boston. At Spalding, drove on Willow Road without a licence and while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £200 fine, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Inesa Aleksiukaite, 29, of Hillington Square, King’s Lynn. At Fosdyke drove on the A17 Washway Road, without insuance and without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points, £200 fine.

Caroline Jane Woolston, 44, of Sherwood Way, Selston. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Robert Worthington, 44, of The Square, Kirton.Drove on John Adams Way without insurance and without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months, £200 fine.

Absconding

Jamie David Maesepp, 35, of North Sea Camp, Freiston. Having been temporarily released from Noth Sea Camp, without reasonable excuse, remained unlawfully at large after the expiry of the period for which he was released. Committed to prison for two weeks.

Failure to comply

Aiden Sammy Keal, 23, of Kitwood Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’, by failing to attend appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence. Order to continue, varied to include compliance activities for five days.

Nicky Lloyd Hardstaff, 25, of Lowgate Avenue, Bicker. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to contact offender manager. Order to continue with varied requirements to include 10 hours added unpaid work (150 total).

Theft

Daniella Horbury, 21, of Colley Crescent, Barnsley. At Boston, stole three Playstation games to the value of £120 belonging to Tesco, two charges of, at Boston, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress - one charge was racially aggravated within the terms of section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £100 compensation, £150 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Mantas Adomavicius, 22, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston, stole multiple items to the value of £189.99 belonging to Asda, two commissions of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months. £45 costs, detained in courthouse until the court rose, no action taken on breach.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 23, of Bath Gardens, Boston. At Boston, stole an iPod speaker and other goods to the value of £32.99 belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

John Rogan, 35, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. Attempted to steal a Samsung tablet valued at £149 belonging to Asda, at Boston, stole toiletries to the value of £388 belonging to Boots. Community order made, to include curfew requirements, participating in Thinking Skills Programme for 15 days and a supervision requirement, £388 compensation.

Fishing

Michael Kubacki, 31, of Castle Street, Boston. At Sibsey, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs.

Andrezej Sobieszczyk, 52, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Sibsey, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge,£127.47 costs.

Bluey Wilson, 23, of Canister Lane, Gipsey Bridge. At Moon Lake, Tattershall, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. 
At Tattershall, while fishing in Moon Lake, failed, when required to do so, state your name and address to a water bailiff. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs, £75 fine.

Andrew Baker, 28, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Sibsey Trader, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordancee with a licence by means of a rod and line. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs.

Martyn Hallam, 32, of South Terrace, Boston. At Westwood Lakes, Wyberton, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs..

Threatening behaviour

Patryk Daniel Jachowicz, 19, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Sean Kew, 35, of Cherry Walk, Boston. Drove on Tunnard Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres (legal limit 35), at Boston, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on Tunnard Street an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop. £360 fine, £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months, £300 fine.
