Possession

Levi Danal Emmanuel, 22, of Chapel Street, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of mephedrone; at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, mephedrone to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Aiden Sammy Keal, 23, of Bath Gardens, Boston. At Boston, stole DVDs and drinks to the value of £25.18, belonging to Boots the Chemist; at Boston, stole DVDs to the value of £23.98 belonging to Argos. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Deniss Jermakovs, of Meadowside, Inveberie. At Lister Way, Boston, stole facial creams, foods and medicines to the value of £24.38, belonging to Asda. Discharged absolutely.

Obstruction

Luke Ronald Odell, 22, of Crowhurst, Werrington. At Sibsey Road, Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty; drove on Sibsey Road, Boston, while disqualified; drove without insurance. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months; committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, including a supervision for 12 months and 180 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Fear of violence

Andrea Britton, 48, of Wormgate, Boston. Sent, by means of public electronic communications network a message tat was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, restraining order made for the defendant, £15 victim surcharge, no order for costs.

Failure to comply

John Brian Rutherford, 30, of Tattershall Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work twice without reasonable excuse, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include two hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (102 total), £75 costs.

Ugis Gustavsons, 40, of Pipe Office Lane, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work twice, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added for the breach (130 hours total), £75 costs.

Jordan Keanu Isham, 20, of Porcher Way, Boston. failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work twice, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, with 10 hours added for the breach (60 hours total).

Drink-driving

Jaqueline Pinkney, 55, of Wargate Way, Gosberton. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Nerijus Gailius, 36, of St Nicholas Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on South End after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Andrew Watson, 31, of Hollywell Road, Waddington. At Wildmore, speeding on Langrick Road, New York. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Jerrin Thakidiyel, 19, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Rosebery Avenue without due care and attention. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.

Tony Whiteside, 36, of Minton Street, Manchester. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Shane Leslie Johnson, 49, of Cuthbert Close, Bexhill on Sea. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Blade

Aindoras Kriunas, 27, of Blue Street, Boston. At Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority, in Red Lion Street, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a large kitchen knife with 6.5 inch blade. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Waclaw Sadowski, 46, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority in Red Lion Street, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a black handled kitchen knife. £110 fine, £20 victim, £50 costs, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Assault

Andrzej Paliwota, 31, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Arturas Kondzerskis, 37, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston twice committed assault by beating. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £75 compensation.

Criminal damage

Kristaps Meduneckis, 25, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Kirton, without lawful excuse, damaged a window intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; breach of a conditional discharge for the charges of theft and failure to surrender to custody. . Community order made to include a curfew requirement for eight weeks, participation in an alcohol awareness programme for 14 days and a supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge.
