Ekatherina Webb, age unknown, of High Street, Boston. At Boston, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.
Clara Lopes, 40, of Oak Crescent, Boston. At Boston, kept on South Terrace, a vehicle which was unlicensed. £400 fine, £75 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.
Rachael Taylor, age unknown, of Lacey’s Avenue, Leverton. At Boston was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.
Saulius Zemgulys, age unknown, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Boston, kept on Woodhall Close, a vehicle which was unlicensed. £400 fine, £112.50 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.
Agris Baranovskis, 26, of Manor Gardens, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on John Adams Way while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence, drove without insurance. £1000 fine, £100 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Frank O’Connor, 37, of Whitewater Road, New Ollerton. Speeding on the A52 at Wrangle. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
Failure to comply
Darren Jones, 39, of Church Road, Old Leake. At Skegness, failed to comply with a notice requiting him to deliver up a vehicle licence within seven days of the posting of that notice, the licence having been granted upon receipt of a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. £400 fine, £112.50 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.
Andrew Lindsay, 28, of Granville Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to compley with the requirements of a community order made by Skegness Magistrates Court by failing to attend unpaid unpaid work on two dates without reasonable excuse - dealt with for original offence of assault; at Boston committed assault by beating, at Boston failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates Court. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, committed to prison for 20 weeks forthwith, restraining order made.
Andrzej Piatek, 50, of Franklin Close, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include a supervision requirement and 60 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Neil Anthony Doughty, 59, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Southgate, Sleaford, attempted to steal a quantity of cosmetics and other items to the value of £218 belonging to Boots the Chemist; at Boston stole meat items to the value of £30 belonging to Co-op, at Hildred Shopping Centre, Skegness, stole two Gillet stylers and a Gillet razor to the value of £19,99 and £9,99 belonging to Superdrug, at Drummond Road, Skegness, stole groceries to the value of £49.20, belonging to Spar Shop; at Tattershall, stole alcohol to the value of £38 belonging to Co-operative Stores, at Woodhall Spa, stole groceries to the value of £315.91 belonging to Budgens Supermarket. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months to include supervision and alcohol treatment. Orders for: £30 compensation, £29.98 compensation, £49.20 compensation; £19 compensation.
David Brian Brocklesby, 26, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Fenside Road, Boston, having entered as a trespasser, a coal house, stole therein a pressure washer to the value unknown. Community order made to include a two month curfew, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Ivars Kozlovskis, 29, of Carver Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Carlton Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.
Daniel Robert Hopps, 32, of no fixed abode. At Boston, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person, or another, harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made to include supervision for 10 months, restraining order made, 60 victim surcharge.
