Possession

Jordan Anthony Ronald Trainer, 21, of South End, Boston. At Skegness, had possession of a single spliff cigarette containing cannabis bush. £70 fine, £20 victim sucharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to comply

Owen Belcher, 27, of Quaker Lane, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by twice failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include five hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (45 hours total).

Assault

Michael Frederick, 38, of Granville Street, Boston. At Horncastle Road, Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £125 costs.

Theft

Sean Christopher Clay, 28, of Puritan Way, Boston. At Boston, stole three joints of meat to the value of £42.22, belonging to Asda. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Gary Michael McTague, 34, of Hawthorn Road, Old Leake. At Boston, stole sunglasses to the value of £45 belonging to Boots, Market Place, Boston. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 23, of Bath Gardens, Boston. At Boston, stole three DVDs to the value of £35.97 belonging to Co-op Stores, West Street, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for three offences of theft. Community order made to include supervision for 12 months, £35.97 compensation.

Elio Oliveira, 42, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole two bottles of brandy to the value of £86 belonging to Oldrids. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation, prohibited activated requirement and supervision requirement, £86 compensation.

Ian Andrew White, 41, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Asda stole a quantity of meat products of a value unknown belonging to Asda Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months for the original offences of theft and failure to surrender to bail. Community order made, to include £25 compensation.

Weapon

Graham Gary Cook, 48, of South End, Boston. At Boston, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely South End, an imitation firearm, namely a 4.5mm calibre, CO2 powered BB pistol in the design of a Walther PPK semi-automatic pistol. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, imitation firearm to be forfeited and destroyed.

Criminal damage

Wayne Jeffrey Ryband, 36, of Hurle Crescent, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a window of a value unknown belonging to Mayflower Housing intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. 12 months conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Darius Liaukus, 23, of The Featherworks, Boston. At Spalding, in a public place, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Toms Ozols, 24, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston Market Place, were guilty while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £160 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Anthony Andrews, 31, St Ronans Close, Hadley Wood. At Wrangle, speeding on the A52 Southbound. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs. licence endorsed with three points.

Brian O’Day, 46, of Stag Place, King’s Lynn. Speeding on the A52 Northbound at Butterwick. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Kieran Tincombe, 28, of High Street Wadhurst. Speeding at the A52 Southbound at Wrangle.£100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrzej Kamecki, 23, of Mayflower Road, Boston. Used a motorvehicle on Carlton Road, without insurance. £360 fine, £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Tony Beaver, 50, of Bay Tree Grove, Auckley. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Crystal Millar, 26, of La Milesse Way, of Swineshead. Speeding on West Marsh Road, at Spalding. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
